The Phase II building features 17 units in the following sizes:
- Six 35' x 75' units.
- Nine 30' x 75' units.
- Two 37' x 65' units.
The two 37' wide units are serviced through the full width bifold aircraft hanger doors as featured on Phase I and with a 31' vertical clearance, will accommodate the 80-ton Travelift. One of the 37' x 65' units is dedicated to storage of the Condominium Assocation's equipment.

Exterior features:
- Combination split face block and architectural metal fascia.
- Large band of tinted windows run the entire length of the building on the street side and across the end providing natural light to the interior.
- One service door on the working side of building.
- An electrically-powered overhead door 22' wide x 26' high on the 30' wide units and 26' wide x 26' high on the 35' wide units.
Interior features:
- Unit heaters with adjustable speed ceiling-mounted fans in each unit.
- Floor drains.
- High pressure sodium lighting.
- Restroom with shower.
- Intrusion security system.
- Fire protection system.
- Temperature and fire protection systems monitoring.
- Interior walls between units are insulated and lined.
- Painted walls and ceiling.
- 100 amp electrical service.
- 240 volt 50 amp and 120 volt 30 amp outlets.
