Docking Area

A direct entrance off the main Grand River channel provides easy access to the waterfront area. This well-protected area has over 425' of seawall for temporary docking complete with electric, water and waste pump out stations.

A large concrete drive area on the shore side of the seawall provides owners with convenient drive up access to their boats.

Travelift Well

The Travelift well capable of accommodating boats 24' wide is located in the seawall docking area for maximum ease of approach, haul out and launch.

A large concrete area around the launch well provides easy maneuvering of the Travelift and support equipment.

Launch Ramp

The launch ramp was designed for owners to easily launch and load their trailerable boats. A large concrete approach area provides easy maneuvering of large vehicles and long trailers.

The ramp was engineered and constructed to handle the weight of large vehicles and boats in excess of 50'.

A low level adjustable dock is provided on the ramp adjacent to the seawall for easy access to the boats.
